This creates a pending Teams Direct Routing workspace. We ask for ABN details so the business can be checked against ABN Lookup, then validate phone-number ownership before increasing credit or enabling live outbound calling.

ABN required The form checks the ABN format immediately and the API can enrich it with ABN Lookup once the GUID is configured.

Protected credit The default Teams signup credit limit is $0 until business and number checks are complete.
